Frequently asked questions
Is WalletEye safe?
Yes. Your SMS data stays on your phone. Only unrecognized SMS are sent (encrypted) to the server to improve detection. We use AES-256-GCM encryption.
Which providers are supported?
Currently, WalletEye supports MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) and Orange Money in Cameroon. More providers will be added soon.
Is the app free?
Yes, WalletEye is free to download and use. Some advanced features may be offered through a subscription in the future.
What happens with my SMS data?
WalletEye only reads SMS from Mobile Money providers (MTN, Orange). Your personal messages are never accessed or stored.
